About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote products and services to customers and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel and stock deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • A confident and energetic approach to customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
