Education Director: Shape the Future of Young Minds
This role demands a seasoned leader with expertise in curriculum development, educator empowerment, and quality program creation. As an Education Director, you will drive innovation and inspire educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Educators to design and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to each child's unique needs.
- Sustain a supportive environment where Educators feel empowered to contribute to the educational process.
- Evaluate each child's learning progress and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Establish clear objectives and standards for teaching practices in conjunction with all Educators.
- Prioritize the development and ongoing refinement of the centre's Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Previous experience working in early childhood education is desirable.
- Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
