We are seeking an experienced education leader to join our team in a role that involves championing best practice in education and care, leading change, and supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional who is committed to improving the lives of children and their families through quality early learning and care. As an education leader, you will be responsible for:

  1. Championing best practice in education and care by promoting evidence-based approaches and supporting educators to implement them;
  2. Leading change initiatives that aim to improve the quality of education and care services;
  3. Supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of all children;

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in early childhood education and care, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work closely with centre leadership to achieve centre goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current WA Working with Children Check;
