Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of the firm, handling day-to-day tasks and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
- HR and Staff Administration: Manage HR and staff administration, including contracts, onboarding, leave, and recruitment support.
- Compliance and Policies: Keep compliance and policies current, ensuring the firm remains up-to-date with relevant regulations.
- Supplier Relationships: Oversee relationships with suppliers, insurance providers, and IT support, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Handle reporting duties, including weekly and monthly metrics, expenses, and performance data, providing key insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience in operations or practice management, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
- Skills: Highly organized, proficient with technology, and dependable.
- Discretion: Discreet, able to execute tasks smoothly and without fuss.
