Job Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment schedules for audiologists and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Update client records and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with client and ENT enquiries and provide basic troubleshooting for hearing devices.
  • Accurately bill appointments and perform general office duties.

Requirements for Success

  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and patience.
  • Experience working within a team environment and demonstrated judgement.
  • Advanced administrative skills and excellent computer skills.
  • A warm, collaborative attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to cover sick leave and annual leave.
