The role of Support Coordinator is a key position within our organization, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As the primary point of contact for members who require assistance, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency and non-emergency requests, collaborating with Nurses and Psychologists, and liaising with external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience working in a complex high-pressure environment, operations or inbound call centre
  • Superior English communication skills - fluency in other languages such as Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese, is helpful but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working in Culturally and Linguistically diverse communities, complex or crisis environments (Desirable)
  • Experience managing multiple tasks

What You'll Be Doing

You will be coordinating a wide variety of emergency and non-emergency requests under the guidance of our Shift Supervisor. This will involve working with our team of Nurses and Psychologists to accurately pass on case notes for cases that require escalation, and occasionally liaising with external stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for the member.
