About Us

At At Home Allied Health, Inpatient, and Residential Aged Care we are seeking a Grade 2 Dietitian to play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nutrition services across a range of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dietetic care to individuals and groups in hospital, residential aged care, and community-based environments.
  • Support the design and delivery of health promotion initiatives, contribute to food service and nutrition policy implementation, and take on other responsibilities as required.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and external service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, their families, and carers.
  • Supervise Grade 1 Dietitians and students, while actively contributing to continuous quality improvement activities within the department.

You will be working in a supportive team environment that values collaboration and open communication. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Dietitian to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification (Bachelor/Masters) in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Current registration with Dietitians Australia.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years working in a relevant setting.
  • A current Driver’s licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
