We operate across three core service areas: Health Services, Social Services, and Corporate Services. The Clinical Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining a responsive and cohesive workforce aligned with our strategic vision.

Position Overview:

This role requires a proactive approach to practice management, ensuring efficient administrative functions and adherence to regulatory standards while fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to community health and cultural safety. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, operational management expertise, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Possession of Diploma level or higher qualification in Practice Management/Business management or Health.
  2. Minimum three (3) years' experience in managing a team as Practice Manager, Senior Clinician, or Manager role.
  3. Have excellent understanding and knowledge of Medicare billing, Electronic Medical Records, and the Australian health system.
  4. Demonstrate your skills set in the process of and managing compliments and complaints from patients.
  5. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and demonstrate commercial acumen.
  6. Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and implement new ways of working and systems.
