Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and lead a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • To maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and treatment of patients.
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
  • Previous experience as a PIC, looking to advance into a management role.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for community engagement.
Benefits:
  • An hourly rate of $55 plus super.
  • A work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a paid break each day.
  • Weekends off, allowing for time to enjoy the local area and pursue personal interests.
