Job Title: Digital Support Team Manager

This role involves leading and managing a team of digital and technical support specialists who provide support to all business units, resolving incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing operational efficiency within the team, delivering a high standard of support and user satisfaction. They will lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital and technical support team, monitor and analyse key reports, KPI's and dashboards to ensure alignment with standards set by Group Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillful Leadership: Secure operational efficiency within the team to deliver a high standard of support and user satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital and technical support team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse key reports, KPI's and dashboards to ensure alignment with standards set by Group Digital.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement continuous improvement targeting ways of working and technology-related business needs.
  • Project Management: Lead key projects from deployment to launch and secure organisational deliverables in a cost-efficient way.

  • Commercial Acumen: Equipped with commercial acumen and ability to understand the business impact of incidents and service requests.
  • Leadership Ability: A strong influential leader with the ability to manage and lead a team onsite and remotely.
  • Adaptability: Agile and able to effectively work and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
