Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Partnerships: Work closely with our leadership team and employees to identify and address people-related implications of business strategies and plans.
  • Provide Strategic HR Advice: Offer expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and people and culture initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Lead People and Culture Initiatives: Develop and implement people and culture initiatives, including performance management, to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and deliver reporting and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to support business strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Relevant Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in human resources management or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in a similar people partnering role in a complex organization, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • IR/ER/HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant state and federal industrial relations, the Modern Award framework, and other employment-related legislation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Experience in reporting, compiling, and analyzing data to provide commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Influencing and Negotiating: High-level influencing and negotiating skills to steer decisions and actions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Client Service: A proactive client service approach and demonstrated ability to maintain excellent client relations in a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental manner.
