About the RoleAs a valued member of our national Chemistry/Life Sciences team, you will be the right-hand person to two outstanding patent attorneys, assisting with the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and proof-reading various correspondence and documents;
- Uploading documents and maintaining accurate information on client portals;
- Liaising with IP Australia for document productions, lodgements and amendments;
- General administration (e.g. diary management, arranging travel and meetings).

We are looking for an experienced legal secretary/administrator or 'career' paralegal with a minimum of 1 year of experience in intellectual property, preferably patents. You will need to be highly competent in Microsoft Office, have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and be a proven team player.
