Award-winning firm seeks a skilled Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join their national Chemistry/Life Sciences team.

As a valued member, you will assist with the protection, commercialisation, and enforcement of intellectual property, including:

  • Preparing and proof-reading correspondence and documents;
  • Uploading documents and maintaining accurate information on client portals;
  • Liaising with IP Australia for document productions, lodgements, and amendments;
  • General administration, such as diary management and arranging travel and meetings.

**Requirements**

  • Experienced legal secretary/administrator/'career' paralegal in any area of law, including intellectual property;
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) with fast typing and accuracy;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record as a team player;
  • High accuracy and ability to meet deadlines;
