Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our land development projects in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery from design through to construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery including design, planning, coordination, construction, and completion.
  • Provide technical and operational oversight to meet project brief, standards, and timeframes.
  • Supervise and manage projects across suppliers and commercial partners.
  • Ensure contractual, QA, and legislative obligations are fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project management with a background in residential, civil, or commercial projects.
  • Background and/or understanding in engineering design is highly regarded.
  • Driven and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and ability to achieve results.
  • Proven track record in successful project management in land development or civil engineering.
  • Ability to work collaboratively; exceptional communication, relationship, and negotiation skills.
