Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) team. As the PMO Lead, you will play a critical role in enhancing our project and portfolio management capabilities, driving strategic alignment, and promoting a culture of excellence in project management.

You will lead a dedicated team and work collaboratively to standardise project management practices, methodologies, and tools. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring successful project outcomes, informed decision-making, and overall organisational growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading and transforming PMO functions within complex organisations.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Change management expertise to address resistance and facilitate organisational change.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
