Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a Transformation Program focused on delivering process and technology solutions to solve business problems.
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle to achieve service and operational outcomes.
  • Utilise your strong business acumen to maximise opportunities to enhance our service offering and improve outcomes for customers (internal and external).
Requirements

- Experienced in producing high quality documentation and developing cost models and solutions to tight deadlines.
- Experience with delivery of Robotic Process Automation solutions in a customer facing environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Innovator with proven ability to convert ideas into action.
- Excellent ability to influence customers and partners and build strong relationships.
- Operational experience in aspects of Infringement Services.
- Knowledge and experience of local government.
- Proven transformation and project delivery skills.
- Produce high quality written work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Available to travel as required.
