We are seeking a Cemetery Maintenance Worker to join our team in Wollongong. The successful applicant will have experience in manual labor tasks, including horticulture, gardening, or landscaping. You will be adaptable, flexible, and take great pride in your work, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the public.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in horticultural, gardening, or landscaping
  • Able to perform heavy lifting, landscaping, and general maintenance duties for extended periods
  • Highly customer-focused and sensitive to grieving people
  • Ability to work in a cemetery environment
  • Will to work co-operatively as part of a team
  • Current manual unrestricted driver's license

As a member of our team, you will play an important role maintaining high standards and contributing to new projects that improve facilities' look and feel. Your day-to-day work will involve performing general maintenance and construction tasks, participating in burial duties when required, and assisting with cremation duties on a rotating roster.
