We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses.
- As a Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, working closely with allied health professionals, doctors, and nurses to deliver holistic care to patients and their families.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- A strong background in physiotherapy, preferably with experience in community palliative care.
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

About the Opportunity:Our service provides community-based palliative care to individuals of all ages with life-limiting illnesses. We cover the West Metropolitan region of Melbourne and provide in-home care to patients and their families. Our team is committed to delivering holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Provide quality, responsive, person-centred physiotherapy services to patients, their family, and carers, using a holistic approach.
- Be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team caring for palliative care patients in their own home.
- Join a supportive Allied Health team.
