Designing for Excellence

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us supercharge the user experience of our mobile app. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that bridge the gap between a future state and current patterns, while ensuring seamless usability across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design leadership to shape the product vision and elevate the usability of our mobile app, driving employee adoption and satisfaction.
  • Develop phased design solutions that integrate mobile design system, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and other relevant constraints and considerations.
  • Conduct research opportunities and participate in planning and conducting research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Influence, challenge, and support other designers to deliver exceptional product experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience designing for native ios and/or android apps, with a portfolio that showcases strong examples of cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • A proven track record of building and iterating on products based on usage patterns, user feedback, and an evolving strategic landscape.
  • Mastery in executing elegant interfaces, with expertise across the entire design process.
