We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the logistics of our vehicle fleet. This role will involve strategic planning, supplier negotiations, order booking, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Regularly auditing vehicles to maintain a high level of presentation
  • Servicing vehicles at regular intervals in accordance with company policies
  • Contracting and supervising external contractor work
  • Coordinating warranty repairs
  • Daily checks and record-keeping of fuel tank levels
  • Providing daily reports on vehicle status to branch managers

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Adaptability, drive, confidence, and professionalism
  • A valid manual driver's license
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including moderate Excel skills

Note: A valid driver's license is required for this position, and you must be able to provide a traffic history report prior to commencement.
