Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market-based research on industry trends, customer demand, and competitive analysis to inform strategic plans.
    • Partner closely with finance, Go To Market, and marketing teams to identify key customer trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Problem Solving and Insight
    • Synthesize research findings into Go to Market plans and other strategic projects.
    • Think through short-, medium-, and long-term implications of strategy and partner closely across business strategy, tech strategy, and partner teams to make it a reality.
  • Communication and Influence
    • Communicate and advocate strategy and insights to senior business leaders, including Senior Directors, GM-level, and CVP.
    • Convey viewpoints through simple and consistent frameworks and use executive presence to drive influence for broader decisions.
  • Business Management
    • Show command of the business and understand key levers for growth, how they relate to data, and be able to prioritize which levers to pull to drive highest ROI.
    • Lead discussions on performance, taking data, customer, and partner feedback, and synthesize into a simple story for executives to understand.
  • Culture and Leadership
    • Lead work with optimism, clarity, and empathy.
    • Have accountability for driving results and always learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance.
