Fibreglass Repair Technician Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our experienced team as a Fibreglass Repair Technician. You will work with fibreglass and resins in the repair and maintenance cycle of our semi-trailers and rigid truck boxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface preparation - grind, sand, trim and clean identified areas to a high standard
  • Damaged component removal and preparation for new parts installation
  • Maintain a safe, clean and tidy workspace
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent work ethic and safety awareness
  • Strong attention to detail to avoid errors
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctual attendance record and flexibility in work schedule
  • Experience working with gel coat, resins, fibreglass and other power tools
