Job Overview

The Category Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and growth by supporting the Sales and Marketing team.

Key responsibilities include generating product ideas, writing compelling product blurbs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to source products.

Additionally, this position involves using data analysis to inform category strategies, optimize customer planograms, and review assortments for optimal performance.

A key aspect of this role is managing relationships with retail partners, identifying sales and marketing opportunities, and assisting in category planning.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a retail or FMCG environment, with a background in a category, sales, or marketing function. A degree in Marketing or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

Experience with Adobe platforms is advantageous, as well as strong creative skills for point-of-sale materials and an understanding of planogram planning and execution.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and dynamic culture, with access to company-sponsored training and development programs.

Requirements:
