Senior Project Estimation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to lead the preparation of detailed and competitive tenders for commercial construction projects across a diverse portfolio.
About the Role:- Oversee the creation of accurate BOQs and cost plans, analyzing drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, leveraging market insights to enhance project viability.
- Conduct thorough risk and value engineering assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Participate in tender interviews, presentations, and negotiations, effectively communicating project value to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, applying this knowledge to inform project decisions.
- Minimum 5-7 years of estimating experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Experience with projects up to $30M, demonstrating expertise in large-scale construction management.
- Proficiency with estimating software, such as CostX or Buildsoft, to streamline project workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commercial acumen, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
