Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 AUD depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
About the Role
The primary objective of the Community Partnership Coordinator is to establish and maintain strong connections with community partners and organisations to attract, engage and involve young individuals in our Transition to Work Program.
This role requires a professional who can build partnerships with local social service providers, government agencies, schools, and community organisations to bridge the gap between our program and the young people it aims to help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and organisations
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage and involve young individuals in our Transition to Work Program
- Work closely with local social service providers, government agencies, schools, and community organisations to deliver tailored support and guidance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, or Career Development
- Demonstrated experience in employment services, training industries, and/or community/youth sectors
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum degree-level qualification in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, or Career Development
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in employment services, training industries, and/or community/youth sectors, preferably with a track record of achievements and impact
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to engage and work effectively with diverse client groups, understanding their needs and delivering tailored support and guidance
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and partners, fostering collaborative relationships for effective service delivery
