Employment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to play a critical role in providing support services for individuals with disability.

Job Summary:

  • An Employment Consultant will provide personalized support, mentoring, and assistance to help participants overcome vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for workforce development and helping others succeed. As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with local businesses and employers to source and create job vacancies for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage local businesses and employers.
  • Provide personalized support and mentoring to participants to enhance their employability skills.
  • Track participant progress and outcomes to ensure effective delivery of employment services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated experience working in employment services and programs.
  • Evidence of high placement and retention rates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
