Main Responsibilities


  • Ensure compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 standards and report on its performance to Senior Management for review and to drive continuous improvement of the management systems.
  • Oversee product manufacturing process to ensure quality and meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure quality and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage QC Inspectors, providing them with tools, instructions, and guidance to maintain quality at the shop level.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and pursue opportunities for additional certifications.
  • Lead quality initiatives to ensure that the Company achieves its goals.
  • Assist the procurement department in selecting and evaluating suppliers.
