Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate, client-centred, and innovative leader to oversee our home modification and building division.

The service provides building and maintenance services to people living with a disability, and to the elderly and frail, allowing them to maintain independence within their own homes.

We are licensed under the NSW Government's Builders Licence Scheme and adhere to quality frameworks including Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Builder/Supervisor to lead our Modification and Maintenance team for work of Home Modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to be effective, efficient, and work within NDIS regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure Australian building standards are adhered.

Essential Criteria:

  • Current Builder's Licence
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience preparing quotes and scopes of work
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to refer to departmental guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to set priorities and achieve them
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
