About the RoleThis is a key support role and trusted advisor to the Geography Lead. You will be responsible for providing commercial advice and support to Project Directors and others on all commercial matters at all stages of our projects. You will also lead the local commercial services team, focusing on personal development, excellence, and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Provide commercial advice and support to Project Directors and others on all commercial matters.
- Lead the local commercial services team, focusing on personal development, excellence, and impact.
- Support and lead commercial and risk elements of major bids, including assessing fee requirements.
- Review bids and projects as appropriate and take action to intervene where necessary.
- Significant experience in Alliances, D&C, and Joint Venture delivery.
- Deep understanding and experience in project commercial management, single and multi-disc projects.
- Digital first, solutions-focused mentality.
- Detailed knowledge of best practice financial systems, commercial systems, and protocols.
