Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical professional to lead our team of junior electricians and apprentices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical work, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

A key responsibility of this role will be to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our junior electricians and apprentices, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of electrical systems, controls and automation, as well as experience with PLCs and variable speed drives.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent, as well as an A-Grade Electrical Licence.

We are looking for someone who is able to work safely under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and who is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent
  • A-Grade Electrical Licence
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in industrial electrical work
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls and automation
  • Experience with PLCs and variable speed drives
