About the Role

This HR Services Trainee position presents a fantastic chance to upskill and progress your career in Human Resources and Business Administration. You will earn a formal TAFE qualification, receive valuable on-the-job training, and gain a salary.

Located at our site in Mayfield, you will be part of a large multi-faceted company and learn all aspects of HR by supporting multiple specialist functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service through accurate information provision, courteous communication, and prompt response to enquiries
  • Contribute to team efforts by undertaking administrative tasks, developing strong computer and administrative skills, and emphasizing presentation
  • Ensure compliance with organisation's quality systems, including version control
  • Maintain accurate records in nominated systems in a timely manner
  • Promote and maintain a positive organisational image and good community relations

Previous experience is not essential, as we seek applicants with the right attitude, dependability, reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate interest and eligibility to complete a Cert III in Business Administration or Cert IV in Human Resources
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
  • Show reliability and eagerness to work and learn
  • Possess intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn and use systems
  • Demonstrate ability to provide high-level customer service to stakeholders
