About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to oversee student experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, including planning, prioritizing and monitoring.

  • Plan and implement student orientation and graduation events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve student engagement
  • Produce and plan monthly calendars for student activities
Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate student experience initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and audio visual equipment
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education/training and work
  • Highly developed organisational skills, including planning, prioritising and monitoring
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
