Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing administrative and billing support to the billings team and internal customers.

  • Manage and respond to billing queries via email from internal customers.
  • Action allocated emails and queries from the inbox and escalate when needed.
  • Manage standard set up and maintenance of customer information in the system.
  • Schedule invoices in the system – contract fees, chargebacks, and disbursement.
  • Process assigned approved credit requests and re-issue invoices accordingly.
  • Process change requests for particular invoices (e.g. Change of invoicing person, PO numbers, invoice text, etc).
  • Action change requirements during Mid-month and EOM invoicing run.
  • Handle any ad hoc billing requests.
