Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hope Community Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to support young people in achieving their goals and aspirations.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of young people's progress and well-being.
- Minimum Certificate III in Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field.
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
