Salon Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious salon location in City Beach.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage database systems, including updating appointments and client details.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of services and salon retail brands.
  • Order and restock salon stock as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist experience working in a salon is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a qualified hairdresser (highly desirable).
  • Outgoing, bubbly, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Immaculate presentation.
