Job Description:

The Research Assistant in Youth Mental Health role is a key position within our team. As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting clinical research, analysing and reporting findings, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting research administration.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to data analysis using specialized programs and assist in preparing publications and presentations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical research by recruiting participants, managing data collection and entry, and ensuring ethical compliance across multiple studies
  • Analyse and report findings by contributing to data analysis and assisting in preparing publications and presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders by developing effective relationships with clinical teams and participating in project meetings and planning activities
  • Support research administration by preparing ethics documents, managing adverse event reporting, and contributing to the overall running of the studies
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in behavioural or social sciences, preferably with experience in mental health interventions for young people
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in mental health interventions for young people
  • Experience conducting interviews and working with databases, as well as flexibility, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
