We are seeking an experienced Energy Solutions Manager to join our team at Flow Power. As a key member of our Solutions Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake direct sales by making initial contact with new customers and developing a prospect list that results in meeting sales targets.
- Effective reporting of all related sales activities and performance.
- Document and record in the company RM all customer contact, call details, appointments, sales calls, meetings, and all related documentation.
- Develop and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Develop new and existing sales channels for the business through partnerships, contractors, marketing companies, and other industry contacts.
- Develop and maintain a sales and market plan that identifies the targets and provides a clear strategy on how to attain them.
- Ensure sales activities, systems, and processes meet quality expectations set by the business.
We are looking for an experienced energy sector professional with knowledge of the relevant parties in the renewable energy sector and how the Flow Power product offering gives us a point of differentiation in the market. To demonstrate that you would be successful in this role, we would expect to see:
- Evidence of success in a B2 B sales environment.
- Relevant energy industry knowledge.
- A confident and experienced negotiator who can achieve revenue targets.
- Knowledge of the power generation sector with a focus on wholesale power sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
