Our organization seeks a skilled Training Coordinator to oversee all training activities for approximately 950 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, manage electronic records, and oversee management databases.
  • Lead a small team of dedicated training professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and senior management to address employee training matters, providing recommendations for improvement and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate external training requirements, working with external providers to deliver high-quality training experiences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legislations and regulations.
  • Advanced computer skills in Word and Excel, as well as effective communication and phone skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of confidentiality, with the ability to maintain sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
