Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our industry team. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney and requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various insurance schemes, providing strategic and operational leadership
- Deliver exceptional service to scheme members and corporate sponsors
- Process new and renewal policy binding, invoicing, and distribution of related policy documentation
- Quote and place policies efficiently
- Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings
- Produce renewal reports and insurance manuals as required
Requirements
- Experience in an SME or Scheme environment
- Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to learn new concepts
- Strong Microsoft suite and Broker IT platform skills
