Campus Nurse Manager – Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Nurse Manager to lead our mental health campus, fostering a culture of safety and quality care.


Mental Health Drug & Alcohol (MHDA) Bloomfield Campus provides comprehensive mental health support and specialist treatment programs in Orange, NSW. Our campus includes various units, such as child and adolescent, state-wide forensic rehabilitation, intensive care, adult acute, older person's acute, and non-acute units for adults and older people.


The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for mental health nursing. They will inspire teams to deliver high-quality care, ensuring a safe environment for patients.


As a Campus Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and motivating staff to achieve excellence in patient care. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for patients and families.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., mental health, leadership).]
