**Speech Pathologist Role in Bayside Peninsula**

About the Role:
The Department of Education and Training, Victoria seeks a skilled Speech Pathologist to join its Student Support Services team in the Bayside Peninsula area.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide speech pathology supports to school-aged students, improving their learning outcomes and overall wellbeing.
This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals, as well as a willingness to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing speech pathology supports to students with complex communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to address student learning goals
- Liaising with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to student support
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
The successful candidate will possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology, eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, and a valid Working with Children Check and full Driver's License.
