About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CDC Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for accepting donations, educating donors and customers about our not-for-profit partners, and promoting our purpose to Champion Reuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and thank donors for their contributions
  • Handle donations with care and respect
  • Educate donors and customers on the work of our not-for-profit partners
  • Promote our purpose to Champion Reuse
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
  • Support our safety culture
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a mix of the following:

  • Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Sunday between 9am - 9pm
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, production, or hospitality
  • A passion for sustainability and making a positive impact
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
