About our Business

Savers is a global reuse champion, dedicated to making a positive impact on our customers, team members, and the environment. We've grown from a single shop to a leading second-hand retailer, with a purpose to Champion Reuse.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented CDC Ambassador to join our team at our Burnside store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accepting donations, educating donors and customers on our not-for-profit partners, and promoting our purpose to Champion Reuse.

A typical day for our CDC Ambassador might include:

  • Greeting donors and thanking them for their donation
  • Handling all donations with care and respect
  • Educating donors and customers on the work of our not-for-profit partners
  • Proudly embracing our purpose to Champion Reuse
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

  • A team player – you love working in a team, and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
