Investor Relations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Associate to support our capital raising efforts across managed funds and direct investment opportunities.

This is a mid-level role that requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience working with investors. You will be responsible for coordinating investor events, roadshows, and meetings across Victoria.

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive investor engagement strategy.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with LPs, wealth advisors, accountants, and other external partners.
  • Develop a pipeline of institutional and high-net-worth investors in the region.
  • Act as a key contact for investor communications, ensuring responsiveness, professionalism, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, business, economics) or equivalent experience. They should also possess 3+ years' experience in investment management, wealth management, or venture capital.

  • Strong financial literacy and ability to confidently communicate investment concepts.
  • Proven relationship-building and networking skills with HNWIs and institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
