Job Description

The role of an Retail Sales Professional is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our optical practice.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on eyewear products, ensuring timely delivery of necessary stock, assisting with lens fittings and quality control, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers leave the store with a positive experience;
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques;
  • Assist with lens fittings and quality control to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers;
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
