Job Title: Senior Manager

About This Role

This position involves leading the Registry Frontline Services teams to enable customers and external partners to consume registry data, manage and own Registry Frontline systems and services, and deliver Frontline Services projects.

The ASIC Registry holds details for more than 3.2 million companies and 2.7 million business names.

We are seeking a skilled leader who can influence across organisational levels to build consensus and translate business needs into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Registry Frontline Services teams to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve end-to-end processes.
  • Buid strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and consensus building.
  • Influence organisational change management by translating business needs into actionable strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ASIC's business processes, strategic priorities and operating framework.
Requirements

  • A proven track record of leadership in systems and service delivery.
  • Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Expertise in managing change across people, processes and behaviours.
  • A solid grasp of customer experience and user-centred design principles.
  • A balanced approach to business and IT strategy, workflow automation and service delivery.
