Perth Outdoor Cinema Operations Lead

An Assistant Nightfill Operations Lead is required to oversee daily operations at an outdoor cinema venue in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Venue Manager in site set-up and pack-down
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of production schedules
- Support and lead a team of staff
- Manage food and beverage operations, including ordering and stock control
- Oversee sponsorship activations and ensure contractual deliverables are met
- Prepare rosters and manage timesheets
- Implement management plans and ensure workplace health and safety compliance
This role is a Fixed-Term Contract with a specific end date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
They will have experience in managing teams, handling cash and other financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles and practices is also essential.
