Perth Outdoor Cinema Manager">

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead the operations of our outdoor cinema in Perth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cinema, including site set-up and pack-down. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless delivery of events and exceptional guest experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in event management, customer service, and staff supervision. If you are passionate about delivering memorable experiences and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Assist the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, including site set-up and pack-down">
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of the bump-in and bump-out production schedule">
  • Support and lead a team of casual onsite staff">
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff">
  • Manage food and beverage operations (ordering, invoice processing, and stock control)">
  • Oversee sponsorship activations and ensure contractual deliverables are delivered to a high standard">
  • Prepare rosters and manage timesheets">
  • Oversee AV operations, including screen and audio set-up and content management">
  • Implement management plans and ensure WHS compliance">

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a management role">
  • Previous experience in food and beverage and customer service">
  • Cinema or event management experience (advantageous)">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills">
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team">
  • Experience leading and motivating a casual workforce">
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and time management skills">
  • A collaborative approach with a can-do attitude">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite">
  • Required: Current RSA and valid driver's license">
