Accounting Leadership Role

As a senior accounting professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, tax returns, and administering GST. You will also be required to mentor junior staff and lead projects.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with supervisors, managers, and partners to provide excellent service to clients.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
  • Lead projects and manage client relationships.
  • Prepare financial reports, tax returns, and administer GST.
  • Perform other accounting duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proactive and independent: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work autonomously to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in MYOB/Xero and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in public practice, specializing in tax and business services.
  • Qualifications: Completed or near completion of CA/CPA certification.
