Telehealth Consultations

This role requires delivering high-quality telehealth consultations across a diverse patient base. You will manage clinical assessments, prescriptions (S4 & S8), and follow-up consults.

The Role Requires:
  • Excellent time management with the ability to confidently manage 10–15 minute consults (6 patients/hour)
  • Familiarity with privacy laws, RTPM, S8 regulation, and medico-legal obligations
  • Strong clinical judgement, with an evidence-based and harm-reduction mindset
  • Comfortable working with multiple digital platforms and navigating tech efficiently

As a telehealth medical practitioner, you will work closely with nurses and doctor support teams to streamline care. You will maintain complete documentation and compliance in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • MBBS or equivalent and an unrestricted AHPRA registration (Minimum PGY4)
  • Experience in emergency, urgent care, high-volume GP, or telehealth settings will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured roster with peak-hour availability
